In this free event we will look at costs, and why I don’t think your Will is your loss leader (your Power of Attorney documents are). More importantly, we will talk about what to do about that. There is no problem with having loss leaders, as long as we are honest with ourselves about which matter types are loss leaders, and also understand how many loss leaders we can afford to do per month.
Clients sometimes struggle with direct conversations about loss of capacity. How do we facilitating this honest conversation, getting deeper than simply appointing an Attorney? How do we convince them that they are helping themselves by confronting this now?
