You are running a business, I am running a business. The price quoted is per person. You agree that you will not use one purchase to train multiple people, including sharing the videos or the documents. You are purchasing a membership. This membership entitles you to six months of access to all of my live, online, one hour long Webinars, as well as all past papers that are available as at June 2026 (so Fixed Costs in Probate, POAs and the Initial Consultation, Advance Care Directives, A simple Will, Non Standard Probate Applications, POAs and Elder Abuse, and Estate Costs a Deep Dive).

The membership will go for six months. I reserve the right to cancel the membership at any time, for failure to comply with these terms, or for failure to comply with the implied terms of this agreement (such as trying to take my information or documents, white label them and sell them yourself, or giving access to the information to third parties who have not also signed up for a membership).

Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.

The NSW Estate Lawyers Facebook Group and all of it’s training is operated by Janis Consults Pty Ltd. All information shared, all trainings created and all documents shared remain the property of Janis Consults Pty Ltd.
