The questions and answers
I don’t think it is a secret that the main point of this webinar was the checklist that I created, the copy and paste of all questions and answers from the online Probate application. It is currently 160 pages long. You can download that as a word document by clicking on the button below.

From the CPD we also have the video recording, which is split into two. The first longer video is the more substantive content, this video goes for an hour and 18 minutes, and covers the slides and some other topics. The second video was after the break, it is in response to some questions, and it is only 17 minutes. You should be able to download the video, if you want. The Password for the video is the same as the password for this page, namely 2025Probate.

Lastly there are the slides from the CPD, and also as promised the version of the Probate Questions and Answers that is blank (without highlighting) so that you can highlight the boxes that are relevant to the matter that you are currently working on.
